Living Well Senior Care Is Now an Official GUIDE Program Respite Partner

We’re excited to share that Living Well Senior Care is now an official respite care partner in the GUIDE program—Guiding an Improved Dementia Experience—launched by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).

Starting July 1, 2025, eligible patients living with dementia and their caregivers can receive up to $2,500 annually in respite services, including in-home care, adult day center visits, and facility-based support—at no cost to the patient.

Choosing the right care can be overwhelming. The GUIDE program is designed to make that decision easier by offering:

• Comprehensive care coordination

• Monthly home visits

• 24/7 caregiver support

• Educational resources

• Respite care allowance

And all of this is provided free of charge to qualifying Medicare beneficiaries.

Are You Eligible?

To qualify for GUIDE, individuals must:

✅ Be enrolled in Medicare Parts A & B

✅ Have a qualifying dementia diagnosis

✅ Live in the designated geographic area

✅ Not be enrolled in Medicare Advantage, PACE, hospice, or a long-term skilled nursing facility
