Ongoing Training and Support

From day one, our caregivers receive continuous training to ensure they deliver the highest standard of care. Our Certified Dementia Practitioners lead monthly in-service sessions focused on effective strategies for supporting individuals at every stage of dementia. To further support our team, supervisors make regular drop-in visits—offering real-time guidance, encouragement, and hands-on assistance whenever needed.​
